These terms apply to your use of nocturneapparel.shop and to every order you place with LIVIU-CRISTIAN DOBREA ("we", "us", "our"). By browsing the site or placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.

About us

LIVIU-CRISTIAN DOBREA is a business established in Romania, trading online at nocturneapparel.shop. Our contact details appear in the Contact information policy and in the footer of every page.

Products and descriptions

We describe garments as accurately as we can, including fabric, fit, measurements and care instructions. Screen settings vary, so colours may differ slightly from the photographs. Hand-finished details and natural fibres can vary between pieces; this is not a defect. Measurements are approximate and given in centimetres.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the order confirmation email, and the contract is formed at that point. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, if a price or description error is obvious, or if we reasonably suspect fraud. If we cancel, we refund anything you have paid in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and include VAT where applicable. Delivery costs are added at checkout and shown before payment. We may change prices at any time, but changes never affect orders already confirmed. Payment is processed by our payment provider; we never see or store your full card details.

Right of withdrawal

EU consumers may withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days of delivery. The conditions and the return process are set out in our Refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

Availability and substitution

Stock is shared across sales channels and can sell out between your visit and checkout. We do not substitute items without asking you first.

Intellectual property

The text, photography, graphics, logos and layout of this site belong to us or are used with permission. You may not copy, republish or use them commercially without our written consent.

Liability

We are liable for foreseeable loss caused by us. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by events outside our reasonable control. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer, including the legal guarantee of conformity.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Romanian law, and the courts of Romania have jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to your right to bring proceedings in your country of residence. You may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
